Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active oren888 account at any time. This covers one account per full name, email address, phone number, IP address, and mailing address. Holding more than one account is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all existing balances.

Bets confirmed by the oren888 system are final and cannot be modified, cancelled, or withdrawn by the member, except where the "Cash Out" feature is available and activated within the permitted timeframe. The bet confirmation screen displayed to you after a bet is placed serves as the official record of that transaction.
Odds displayed on the oren888 platform are valid at the time a bet is placed. oren888 uses leading international sports data providers to ensure odds and results are accurate. In the rare event that a technical error causes clearly incorrect odds to be displayed (for example, odds of 100.0 for an event that should carry odds of 1.5), oren888 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the member's account.
If a match or event that has been bet on is cancelled before it begins, all bets related to that match will be voided and stakes refunded in full to the member's account. If a match is postponed and subsequently resumes within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, bets will generally remain valid. If the match does not resume within that period, all bets will be voided and refunded.
Live betting on oren888 allows you to place bets while a match or event is in progress. As in-game conditions change rapidly, oren888 reserves the right to temporarily suspend live markets or close specific markets at any time without prior notice. Bets confirmed prior to any suspension remain valid and will be settled based on the final result.

In cases of suspension pending investigation, the account balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded.
The oren888 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, oren888 does not guarantee that it will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or unplanned downtime.
Oren888 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from service disruptions, technical errors, or causes beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a service disruption affecting active bets, oren888 will endeavour to settle all affected bets in a fair and reasonable manner.
Oren888's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
Oren888 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via in-platform notices, email to their registered address, or announcements on the oren888 website at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in cases of emergency.
Your continued use of the oren888 platform after any changes to the Terms take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms.
